We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone?JOB TITLE: Project Quality ManagerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\xc2\xb7 Establish Project Quality team and organization, develop Project Quality Plan, identify key procedures and monitor implementation.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of project quality plan with details on quality practices, resources and sequence of activities relevant to a particular contract/project.\xc2\xb7 Review /approve Quality Audit schedule for each project encompassing the specific project requirements.\xc2\xb7 Appraise vendor\xe2\x80\x99s capability to provide suitable product/service.\xc2\xb7 Convene pre-inspection meetings and approve inspection and test plan and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper planning for inspection activities. Ensure availability of all necessary documents at inspection release and implement suitable corrective actions.\xc2\xb7 Maintain cordial relationship with Client Representative and ensure that client quality requirements are understood, agreed and fulfilled.\xc2\xb7 Ensure project KPI\xe2\x80\x99s are defined, measured, monitored and actions implemented for any identified gap.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze Customer Satisfaction.\xc2\xb7 Analyze quality information (audit results, process / product non-conformities, feedback etc.) and identify corrective and preventive actions.\xc2\xb7 Conduct management review of the quality management system and monitor implementation of management review actions.\xc2\xb7 Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation.\xc2\xb7 Monitor all quality related activities on the project.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all internal and external audits are carried out as planned.\xc2\xb7 Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.\xc2\xb7 Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.\xc2\xb7 Attend client quality management meetings.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement are prepared.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC Manager.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.\xc2\xb7 Compile monthly reports and submit to Quality Director.\xc2\xb7 Monitor statistical method reporting, monthly KPIs.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all customer complaints closed appropriately.\xc2\xb7 Control all archived documentation upon the completion of the project.\xc2\xb7 Manage a multi discipline team of QA/QC personnel. Align the quality resources with business needs and assure effective coverage of the project.\xc2\xb7 Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirementsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\'s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 A minimum of 5 years in a senior quality management role\xc2\xb7 20-25 years of experience in a relevant environment, with a minimum of 10 years in oil and gas.\xc2\xb7 Should have previously worked with major EPC contractor in similar role.
