We are seeking a highly experienced
Project Portfolio Manager - Planning & Execution
to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a results-driven leader with a solid background incivil construction
, particularly inmarine, infrastructure, and building
projects.Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and manage comprehensive project plans
? Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
? Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders and senior management
? Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams
? Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business goals
? Proactively manage risks and ensure timely execution
Requirements:
Education:
BE Civil or equivalentExperience:
15-20 years in acontracting firm
handlingcivil construction
(marine, infrastructure, and buildings)Certification:
PMP Certified (Mandatory)Excellent leadership and communication skills
