Job description Project Specific Tasks Work on a specific project/task assigned by the team lead. Collaborate with team members for project updates. Communication and Collaboration: Set up and introduce yourself to team members. Schedule one-on-one meetings with key colleagues. Join relevant communication channels (email, messaging apps, etc.). Goals and Expectations: Discuss and set short-term and long-term goals with the supervisor. Clarify expectations regarding performance and deadlines. Request feedback on completed tasks for improvement. Feedback and Improvement: Seek feedback on completed tasks and projects. Identify areas for improvement and proactively work on them. Communicate any challenges or concerns to the supervisor. Networking and Relationship Building :Connect with colleagues across different departments. Attend company-wide events or gatherings. Foster positive relationships within the workplace Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
- Project Planner in Aluminium and Glass: 5 years (Required)
- Sharjah (Required)
- Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (Required)
