Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to streamline project workflows. Provide strategic direction to optimise resources and ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Proven experience in managing vertical construction projects, particularly low-rise developments. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a focus on results.
