Summary:

Nextcare is continuously working on capturing growth opportunities and expanding its geographic footprint. The Global TPA Implementation team is dedicated to prepare and execute growth initiative.

The role of the Project Manager is to covert business leads into monetized projects followed by planning, executing, and finalizing the assigned project according to strict deadlines and within budget. The incumbent will be required to execute all project initiatives as directed by the Project Sponsor and ensure the necessary project outcomes are achieved. In this role, the Project Manager shall present himself as Nextcare\'s business interface and shall be the special point of contact across all external and internal stakeholders.

Main Tasks:

Pre-project phase:
  • Acts as a focal point for all new initiatives and leads/opportunities/prospects, being the pivotal fulcrum between project management team, internal parties (mainly - but not limited to - Operations, IT, Legal, Finance) and external parties.
  • Ensures accountability for answering tender, RFI, RFP documents as per the standard of the company through coordination with various parties involved depending on the type of business
  • Supports various activities including market analysis, business analysis, operating model design, risk assessment.
  • Support in gathering necessary approvals and buy-ins to convert the lead into a monetized project
Project Implementation phase
  • Clearly understands the project objectives, challenges, assumptions and ensures the projects are on scope, time and cost.
  • Develops the statement of work, budget, project plan and schedule and communicate them effectively.
  • Plans resource requirements and ensures optimum use of shared resources, as per project plan.
  • Leads projects in a transparent and productive way, applying standard project management practices and company standards.
  • Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. This includes regular team updates on project execution, such as project status meetings, monthly project reviews, steering committees and other collaboration opportunities, both internal and external.
  • Integrate best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress into projects and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Manages handoff between Projects and the end-users, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting with least operational downtime.
  • Ensures proactive risk analysis and assessment of impact leading to mitigation actions
  • Is accountable for deliverables within the overall program, and have the ability to prepare strong recommendation and proposal papers for Senior Management.
Post-project implementation phase
  • Facilitates change management process within the business to ensure project benefits are ascertained.
  • Continuous support to clients during the initial run phase navigating the impact and make certain a smooth transition achieving the promised KPIs/SLAs
Other value added tasks
  • Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to professional growth in project/program management and other key areas.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues across functional project management teams and within project teams.
  • Support senior management in strategic topics leading to global business expansion and growth in operational markets including the creation and update of the relevant support documents
  • Engage and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize daily tasks
  • Support team manager to plan budget and resources relying on the project pipeline

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s / Master\'s Degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar project management role, running complex programs/projects of work (both waterfall/traditional & Agile project management methodologies)
  • Previous experience in Health Insurance or Travel & Assistance industry or sound knowledge of Financial Services/ Insurance industry sector is a plus.
  • Project manager qualification (PMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent business fluency in English. Additional languages (French, Italian, German, Arabic, etc) is a plus
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Project, Visio, Word)
  • Strong financial & business acumen
