Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

ELV Project Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of ELV projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Structured Cabling, PAVA, Fire Alarm Integration

, and other ELV systems, along with

team leadership and project financial management experience.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution

? Oversee

end-to-end ELV project lifecycle

from initiation to completion.
? Develop

project plans, schedules, and budgets

ensuring alignment with client requirements.
? Allocate

manpower, materials, and resources

for efficient project execution.
? Conduct

risk assessment and mitigation planning

.
? Ensure projects are delivered

on time, within scope, and within budget

.

Technical & Compliance Oversight

? Hands-on experience in

installation & commissioning

of:

CCTV, ACS, Alarm Systems, Gate Barriers, PAVA, SCN, and Fire Alarm Integration.

? Ensure compliance with

SIRA, ADMCC, Etisalat/Du

and other regulatory bodies.
? Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities for

drawings, design approvals, and inspections

.

Team Leadership & Coordination

? Lead and manage a

multidisciplinary team

of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
? Provide

technical guidance and training

to the project team.
? Coordinate with

procurement, logistics, and subcontractors

for smooth workflow.

Client & Stakeholder Management

? Serve as the primary

point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors

.
? Ensure effective

communication and reporting

throughout the project lifecycle.
? Conduct

progress meetings, resolve site challenges, and ensure client satisfaction

.

Budgeting & Reporting

? Monitor

project costs, revenue, and financial forecasts

.
? Prepare

weekly/monthly reports

on project progress and risks.
? Ensure profitability while maintaining

high-quality project execution

.

Requirements:

?

6+ years UAE experience

in ELV project management.
? Strong

knowledge in ELV systems, integration, and compliance

.
? Hands-on experience with

SIRA, ADMCC, Etisalat/Du approvals & documentation

.
? Expertise in

project planning, budgeting, and execution

.
? Excellent

leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

.
?

UAE Driving License

is

mandatory

.
?

PMP or PRINCE2 certification

is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
