Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Civil with G+12 License

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the civil engineering projects from initiation to handover with strong understanding of construction methods, materials and local authority regulations. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with Clients, Consultants and sub-contractors. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project with the help of his subordinate project engineers. He should be highly organized and able to work under pressure with minimum no supervision. He will report all project-related matter to Company Directors and take responsibilities on following

1. Primary point of contact with Clients and Consultants throughout the project life cycle

2. Develop and execute the projects as per approved project plans and timely completion

3. Manage and motivate other project team members to achieve project goals and objective

4. Monitor and report the project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders on regular basis

5. Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed the quality expectations

6. Negotiate and arrange the subcontractor agreements with qualified subcontractors

7. Resolve any conflicts that may arise during the course of project life cycle

8. Oversee the Safety and HSE regulations to ensure the local authorities' regulations are met

9. Conduct project evaluations and regular progress meetings with project team

Skills and Experience required

7 to 10 Years UAE experience
