Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire construction process across multiple projects.
Ensure timely progress of works in line with project deadlines and milestones.
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other to ensure alignment and quality.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Ensure compliance with ADM regulations and standards.
Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
7-10 years of experience in civil construction, including
ADM-approved projects
.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
High level of
initiative, energy, and persistence
with a results-driven mindset.
Proven ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
;
Arabic
is an advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
