Project Manager/civil

Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager from Civil Construction Field. Requirement:
- Civil Experience: Excavation/Backfilling. or Road Construction.
- Determine and communicate project requirements, specifications, goals and objectives
- Studies drawings, specifications and BOQ for the assigned project.
- Schedules and makes assignments as needed
- Schedules and allocates resources (manpower, equipment and materials) in line with project requirements and budget.
- Attends and conducts regular internal/external project meetings.
- Coordinates with all project stake holders on daily basis.
- Trains, mentors and manages the performance of the construction team
Contract length: 3 months Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
