About the Company:

A premier UAE contracting group delivering complex infrastructure and utilities projects across the Emirates. Their project portfolio includes

potable water, storm water drainage, sewerage and irrigation networks, pump stations and wet utilities pipeline systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full lifecycle of infrastructure and utility projects (drainage, potable water, irrigation, sewerage pipelines) from conceptual planning to contract handover. Lead multidisciplinary teams: engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and ensure project goals are met regarding time, cost, quality and safety. Oversee client and authority communication, project budgets, cost forecasting, risk management and procurement strategies. Monitor contractor performance, manage change orders, and ensure construction of utility networks meets technical and regulatory standards. Report project status, milestone achievement, financial performance and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) with strong utility/infrastructure focus.

Minimum 10 years UAE experience in construction/infrastructure & wet utilities (pipeline networks, drainage, water supply, sewerage).

Proven track record managing multi-million AED utility infrastructure projects independently. Strong leadership, budgeting, negotiation skills and PMP or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
