A major offshore oil & gas development in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with 15+ years' experience and main contractor experience in the oil & gas sector.
The role involves leading a multi-discipline plant construction project, covering civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation (E&I) scopes, throughout the entire project lifecycle - including team assembly, subcontractor management, HSE, QA/QC, cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Strong knowledge of international project management standards is essential.
