Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end management of engineering and construction projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, perform risk assessments, and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Prepare progress reports and conduct stakeholder meetings.
Manage project documentation and contractual obligations.
Lead project teams and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in engineering/construction sectors.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects is a plus.
Knowledge of UAE standards and regulations.
