align with client expectations and project objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Exercise strong budget control, tracking expenditures, negotiating with vendors, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Requirement:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the event and exhibition industry.
Demonstrated expertise in budget management and cost control for large-scale projects.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
