General Summary * Working as project manager not less than 10 years in Abu Dhabi, in commercial or residential building construction field.
- Must have worked as a project manager for at least 5 projects that must be funded by the Government.
- Good knowledge in contracts filed.
- Has the skills and experience to review and approve the project tender documents and contract documents.
- Has the experience and good knowledge for construction material technical and specification.
- Has ability and skills to manage project team.
- Coordination between the landlord, consultant, contractor and the project finance company.
