Job Description
A privately held Investment Management and Project Management Company is looking for a suitable candidate, to manage their projects in one of the international branches. Candidate shall have at least 15 years of experience in managing projects. Candidate shall have very good communication skills in English. Candidate shall on his own shall be capable of project communications, correspondence, contracts management, conducting meeting and noting minutes of meeting, and providing reports to management.
Candidate shall have bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree Engineering or Business Administration or Project Management.
SAMPLE OF TASKS:
Management and Administration of Project agreements, contracts and other documents
Compilation and review of performance, benchmark reports, budgets and marketing plans
Prepare checklists and review timetables.
Managing Special projects
Organization skills
Drafting agreements and reviewing contracts, cost comparison.
