We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects for a federal government entity. The role involves managing multiple IT and non-IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to government and company standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic planning, risk management, client relations, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple IT and non-IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Supervise project teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company quality standards, and project management methodologies. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation plans. Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and management. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Nationality

: UAE National

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is preferred.

Experience

: 7-10 years of project management experience in consulting or related fields (10+ years for Senior Project Manager).

Certifications

: PMP or equivalent preferred.

Languages

: Bilingual in Arabic and English.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices. Client relationship management experience. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Financial management and risk management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
