Produces complete well-structured presentations and executive summaries, alone or leads the team effort, with a convincing storyline and chart design, tailored to the needs of the audience.
Presents and discusses critical presentations and own opinions/ideas in a professional and self-assured manner.
Systematically offers occasions to give/receive feedback on work results and personal behavior using various tools.
Gives team members challenging yet manageable tasks according to skill level, provides regular, well-balanced feedback and gives guidance, if necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Science, Business, Finance degree from a global top university or business school.
6+ years of experience in consulting with ideally top tier strategy firms
Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Presenting results to clients
