Reliably structures multiple complex problems into key questions and issue trees, ensuring an integrated project work plan and applies PEP principles Creates value for the client, by ensuring the team develops high-quality solutions that create tangible impact for the client. Provides the team with techniques, space for ideas and intellectual guidance to develop innovative and progressive approaches. Shows in-depth understanding of the business challenges of the client's industry/core functions (industry drivers, positioning of key players, overall industry, trends). Independently draws up a realistic work plan for projects with several modules, taking critical interdependencies into account. Clearly defines structures and processes that give the team the necessary guidance to ensure delivery of the expected results. Gathers client issues beyond the scope of the current project in order to identify potential need for support and shares ideas with superiors. Produces complete well-structured presentations and executive summaries, alone or leads the team effort, with a convincing storyline and chart design, tailored to the needs of the audience. Presents and discusses critical presentations and own opinions/ideas in a professional and self-assured manner. Systematically offers occasions to give/receive feedback on work results and personal behavior using various tools. Gives team members challenging yet manageable tasks according to skill level, provides regular, well-balanced feedback and gives guidance, if necessary. Provides regular and well-balanced feedback, support and guidance to help team members acquire new skills or develop existing skills within the project framework.

Qualifications


Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Science, Business, Finance degree from a global top university or business school. 6+ years of experience in consulting with ideally top tier strategy firms Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis Strong interpersonal and communication skills Presenting results to clients
