Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Company and manufacturers, maintaining open and transparent communication.
Collaborate with the management team to provide regular project updates and reports.
Ethical Representation:
Represent the company with the highest degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with Chinese Manufacturers and other stakeholders.
Logistics and Efficiency:
Coordinate and oversee the logistics involved in acquiring components from China, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience working with Chinese companies or knowledge of Chinese business culture is a plus.
Availability to start as soon as possible and commit to a minimum of three months.
