Key Responsibilities/Project Oversight:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.

Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Company and manufacturers, maintaining open and transparent communication.
• Collaborate with the management team to provide regular project updates and reports.

Ethical Representation:

Represent the company with the highest degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with Chinese Manufacturers and other stakeholders.

Logistics and Efficiency:

• Coordinate and oversee the logistics involved in acquiring components from China, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience working with Chinese companies or knowledge of Chinese business culture is a plus.
• Availability to start as soon as possible and commit to a minimum of three months.
