As a Technical Project Manager at BANK's IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of technology projects from initiation to delivery. Your role will involve handling project end to end delivery with technical expertise, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and aligning project objectives with the bank's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage stakeholders from various departments and business units. Establish clear communication channels, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and infrastructure specialists, to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment to drive successful project outcomes.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing the impact on project timelines, budget, and quality.

Quality Assurance: Implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to define and execute appropriate testing and validation activities.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource utilization. Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency while ensuring that project goals are met within allocated resources.

Project Reporting: Generate regular progress reports, highlighting project status, key metrics, risks, and issues. Provide accurate and timely updates to stakeholders and senior management, facilitating informed decision-making and ensuring transparency.

Change Management: Effectively manage project changes, assessing their impact on scope, schedule, and resources. Work closely with stakeholders to manage change requests, evaluate their feasibility, and implement approved changes while minimizing disruption.

Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. - Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate cross-functional teams. - Solid understanding of risk management, quality assurance, and change management principles. - Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar applications. - Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 are desirable.

Middleware Design, development, production support of Message flows on IIB/ IBM APP Connect Enterprise Message transformation, mapping, enrichment and routing mechanisms implementation IBM MQ knowledge, Clustering and distributed queuing concepts System Integration, technical sizing, high availability concepts administration & troubleshooting memory and CPU issues on APP Connect Enterprise SOAP, JSON, JMS, WSS protocols knowledge Idea on all type of Message Formats

API Connect Installation, configuration, deployment, administration and support of IBM API Connect in Cloud and On Prem VMs. Good at applying product maintenance patches, interim releases, upgrades as required in IBM API Connect in Cloud and On Prem VMs. Configure and implement backup and restoration of IBM API Connect subsystems and configuration data. Maintain CI/CD pipeline for building and deploying APIs in IBM API Connect Use the API Management Portal to manage the lifecycle of APIs across multiple API Catalogs. Consumer maintenance including creating users, groups and roles, and security configurations. Knowledge on security features for APIs like tokenization using JWT, oAuth2

General Skills: Tools like SOAPUI, Postman and any testing tools Analytical,problem solving and Project Management skills Splunk data platform expertism with advance search queries construction Good understanding of Cloud concepts and DevOps Expertise in the operating systems like AIX, Linux etc
