KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & Tasks: Stay abreast of the latest project management and Agile techniques, methods, practices
2. Working with portfolio director, product manager, development manager and Digital stakeholders to
complete project charter and outlining key milestones, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources,
budgets and deadlines
3. Maintain project plans as needed and ensure project participants adhere to PMO established
methodologies and principles
4. Conducting daily stand-up meetings understand & remove or minimize impediments
5. Identify dependencies and mitigate risks early
6. Monitor project progress and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsor, project
team, and business stakeholders
7. Facilitate meetings to support the communication responsibility
8. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the integrations with line business applications, cloud
solutions, ERP system and the data migration and validations
9. Interface with other departments to resolve complex or emergent operational problems
10. Creates and builds relationship channels with internal customers and external customers (Business
Units & Vendors).
11. Assesses the required resource, cost and time required for an assigned project task and is accountable
for obtaining joint commitment with the relevant design team.
12. Able to identify interdisciplinary design coordination gaps and provide effective solutions.
13. Coordinates effectively with all team members, always ensuring transparent and open communication.
14. Able to draw from technical experience to mentor technical design teams, ensuring high-quality output is
delivered.
15. Knows Authorities Standards, Specifications, and requirements and able to communicate with local
representatives and reviewers' example Mollak -DLD, Finance auditors, etc. 16. Help establish governance and a working PMO QUALIFICATIONS:
