Job Summary: To enhance the reputation and relationship of the company with key customers and accounts to fulfill the devisions business interests. To manage and motivate the operations, projects, and other personnel in order to synergies their efforts to the achievement of the devision target's goals. Primary Responsibilities: Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize the quality of the customer services practices. Dealing with problems and emergencies on general day-to-day operations. Managing project related risks. Manage, review and approve project reports and necessary documentation that submitted to clients. Manage and control budget. Track project deliverables and make sure they are met on time. Allocate project resources as needed within the budget including backup plans. Responsible on controlling utilisation of overtime. Recruitment & selection of qualified Technical Staff. Set competency needed and make sure training needs are conducted. Nationality: Any Education Degree: Bachelor in Engineering for PE & BS or other relevant field.
