We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with expertise in software implementation to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects, with a strong focus on Microsoft AX/D365, Microsoft SharePoint, BI Tool, and general software implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate all project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and tasks.

Software Expertise:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft AX/D365, Microsoft SharePoint, BI tools, and general software implementation best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams as needed.

Risk Management:

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
• Proactively communicate project risks and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that software implementations meet quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations.
• Implement and enforce best practices for software development and quality assurance.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including regular status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Project Manager in software implementation projects, with a focus on Microsoft AX/D365, Microsoft SharePoint, BI Tool, and general software solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Results-driven with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
