Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed schedules in collaboration with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and company partners to plan, schedule, develop, maintain, and enforce a coordinated effort to meet project objectives and company standards. Manage project plans, specifications, owner\xe2\x80\x99s/Subcontractor contract preparation, subcontracts, purchase orders, plans, permits, daily correspondence, shop drawings, and all other project related documents. Negotiate, prepare, evaluate change orders (proposals) to owners, design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as required; prepare revisions to original budget because of changes made. Conduct site evaluations, and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct post-delivery lesson-learned and include as part of company knowledgebase repository.
