Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed schedules in collaboration with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and company partners to plan, schedule, develop, maintain, and enforce a coordinated effort to meet project objectives and company standards. Manage project plans, specifications, owner\xe2\x80\x99s/Subcontractor contract preparation, subcontracts, purchase orders, plans, permits, daily correspondence, shop drawings, and all other project related documents. Negotiate, prepare, evaluate change orders (proposals) to owners, design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as required; prepare revisions to original budget because of changes made. Conduct site evaluations, and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct post-delivery lesson-learned and include as part of company knowledgebase repository. Planning and scheduling: The project manager will develop a detailed project plan, outlining the timeline and budget for the project. This includes identifying resources needed and creating a schedule for each phase of the project. Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Project Planning: Develop a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and resources needed, and developing a timeline for completion. Team Management and Collaboration: Lead, conduct, assist and participate in regularly scheduled project meetings. Provide and supervise organization, direction, and training to project team members. The project manager will oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that everyone is working together efficiently and effectively. The project manager will communicate with stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project goals and timeline. They will also collaborate with the design team to ensure that the project is meeting design requirements. Manage the project team, including hiring and supervising subcontractors, ensuring that they are trained and performing their duties properly. The project manager will identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, such as delays, budget overruns, or safety concerns. Develop and manage the project budget, including identifying project costs, preparing cost estimates, and tracking expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options without compromising quality or safety. Develop and manage the project schedule, including creating timelines, setting deadlines, and ensuring that project milestones are met. Skills 5 years to 10 Years experience in construction project management 4 years bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
