Job Description
Project Manager 1. Monitor material coordination between production, design and sales department. 2. Correspondence with client / consultants / subcontractors. 3. Will have to send weekly updates per project. 4. Coordination with design and estimation team. 5. Assuring correct and Precise documentation of materials, inspections and closure documentation. 6. Prepare project schedule. 7. Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans. 8. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with quantity and quality. 9. Monitor and insure a strict adherence to the production schedule. 10. Prepare and submit production update reports regularly and as needed, inclusive but not limited to daily activities, deviations from targets, returns and other related issues. 11. Assure quality standards are met and report any deviations from the standards and direct the corrective actions for different production units. 12. Verify, coordinate and participate (as needed) in site surveys before proceeding with production to validate the project drawings. 13. Keep proper and updated records of site surveys. Qualifications 1. Must have minimum of 5 years Joinery and Fit Outexperience. 2. Proficient in English Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary 8,000-12,000 AED per month Location: Sharjah.
