Job Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of retrofit project implementation, including defining scope, coordinating resources, managing schedules and risks, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a blend of engineering knowledge, project management methodology, and familiarity with lighting and MEP works in retrofit environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for retrofit initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Define scope, create detailed project schedules (MS Project/Primavera), assign resources, and ensure deliverables are met
• Monitor project performance, risk factors, and budget utilization using verified tracking tools
• Lead communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders; prepare regular project status reports
• Coordinate with energy management teams (DXB, DWC) and ensure all PTW and HSE compliance procedures are followed
• Maintain proper documentation, including method statements, installation logs, survey records, and measurement data
• Work closely with M&V Engineers for pre- and post-installation validation
• Ensure safe execution of site activities in coordination with HSE Manager
• Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements

Requirements
Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in project execution, with significant involvement in lighting or MEP retrofits

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

• PMP, PRINCE2, CMVP, or CEM

Skills & Tools

• Advanced project planning using MS Project or Primavera
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of lighting installations, power & lux measurements, and retrofit survey processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, risk management, and vendor coordination
