Duties and Responsibilities: Operational \xc2\xb7 Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving mechanical design plans and work schedules. \xc2\xb7 Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications. \xc2\xb7 Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining and improving existing engineering processes. \xc2\xb7 Interprets plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction. \xc2\xb7 Interacts closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met. \xc2\xb7 Assists in the development, review and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, budgets and staffing requirements. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to respond to prequalification documents, RFPs and other client inquiries. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and liaise with all other design team members, including architects and structural engineers plus client, project managers and QS. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation in accordance with QA/QC review processes. \xc2\xb7 Analyzing problems and coming up with designs to solve them.
