Tawtid Building Maintenance is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Additionally, they will need to assist the maintenance team in meeting department goals. - Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Control project costs and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Generate regular progress reports for management and clients.
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards.
