Job Description

REQUIREMENTS 1. Having thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, orders, instructions and other normative acts regarding his scope of work, 2. compliance with the provisions on the preservation of state and official secrets, 3. compliance with the work regulations, 4. compliance with occupational health and safety, fire protection and property protection regulations, 5. cooperation with other employees and providing them with professional assistance as far as possible, as well as behaving at work in accordance with generally applicable standards of conduct, 6. observing the official path, 7. in the event of receiving an official order not from the immediate superior but from a higher-ranking superior, the execution of this order while notifying the direct superior, and the notification should take place in principle before the execution of the order, 8. in the event that an employee, for justified reasons, cannot properly perform the work listed in the scope of activities applicable to him or in applicable regulations and received instructions, he should immediately notify his immediate supervisor with justification, 9. constant improvement of professional qualifications. Each employee is officially responsible to his immediate superior for the proper performance of the duties imposed on him by the scope of his duties, in particular for: 1. quality, reliability and conscientiousness of the work performed by him, 2. timely execution of received orders, 3. formal, substantive and accounting control of settled issues and performed works, 4. assets entrusted to him. The scope of general rights of each employee includes: 1. obtaining from the immediate supervisor explanations and guidelines on how to handle the assigned matters, 2. submitting proposals regarding improvements in the overall activity of the workplace, 3. access to information and documentation necessary to perform the tasks listed in this scope of duties. 4. appealing against the decision of the immediate superior to higher level superiors. The employee\'s specific duties include: 1. management of entrusted projects 2. contact with the client (phone, e-mail, direct) 3. participation in meetings with the client 4. arranging the client\'s visit 5. organization of interdepartmental meetings to solve encountered problems 6. keeping up to date with everything that is happening on the boat and keeping it under control 7. optical control of the boat construction progress 8. reporting the progress of construction to the client 9. agreeing with the client any changes on the boat resulting from his will or the lack of availability of previously proposed devices-solutions 10. control of proceeds of tranches for boat building / cost control 11. selling additional options to the customer 12. keeping the "running costs of boats" report 13. if the customer selects additional options - updating the price list and preparing an addendum to the contract 14. preparation of the "production specification" outline based on the price list and sales specification 15. preparation of technology spec - safety equipment and additional accessories (equipment elements) selected by the customer 16. registration of the boat under construction 17. boat insurance for launching and sea trials 18. organizing inspections from the Maritime Office 19. collecting the necessary documents to carry out the inspection from the City Hall 20. participation in inspections with the City Hall 21. application to the Master\'s Office for consent to sea trials 22. organization of sea trials 23. fuel order 24. arranging inspections with WEBASTO, MAN, YANMAR, RAYMARINE, ENAMOR-KVH, SMART, DEWIATOR, MCA 25. arranging for subcontractors, templates and the list necessary to order blinds 26. supervising the preparation of design drawings for an external upholstery subcontractor and the subsequent arrangement of his visits to the boat to take measurements 27. preparation of the necessary documentation for the client to register the boat 28. assisting the client in registering the boat 29. boat deregistration 30. organization of the Border Guard inspection 31. supervision over the receipt of the boat by the client 32. preparing a checklist for the client before collecting the boat.
