A Luxury Property Development Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Engineer/ Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of complex engineering projects within the real estate and development industry. Your extensive background in real estate and development, combined with your engineering expertise, will be essential in ensuring our initiatives\' smooth and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities:

The role will focus on the following functions:

• Project Planning and Design

• Project Execution and Monitoring

• Documentation and Reporting

• Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel\'s performance), and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Qualifications:

• Extensive background in real estate development in Dubai, with a deep understanding of industry practices and processes.
• A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, civil engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in project engineering or a related real estate or development industry role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
