We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Project Manager & Project In Charge

to oversee and manage projects from initiation through to completion across various sectors within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project execution, leadership, stakeholder coordination, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including design, procurement, execution, and close-out phases. Lead project planning sessions and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality standards. Monitor project performance and progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and senior management. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Resolve project-related issues and delays and implement risk mitigation strategies. Manage site teams, ensuring clear communication and delegation of tasks and responsibilities. Ensure adherence to contract requirements and company policies and procedures. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction standards are met. Oversee project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Demolition related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in the construction & demolition industry, with at least 3-5 years in the UAE or GCC. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, authority approvals. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Preferred ADNOC approved UAE driving license is preferred.
