We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager- PMC (Project Management Consultant) to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects for our clients, ensuring successful outcomes and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on project management best practices Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present to senior management and clients Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations Mentor and develop junior project team members Travel within the UAE or Middle East region as required for project-related activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Minimum 15 years of project management experience Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably in consulting or client-facing roles Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Excellent risk management, budgeting, and cost control skills Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management software Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Willingness to travel within the UAE or Middle East region as needed
