Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent; Chartered/Professional License preferred. 10+ years' experience (5+ in similar roles) with regional Middle East exposure preferred. Lead and manage pipeline, drainage, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects from concept to completion. Oversee multidisciplinary teams ensuring technical, cost, and schedule compliance. Provide leadership, coordination, and client interface across specialized or mid-sized projects. * Ensure adherence to Ashghal standards and project requirements.
