Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Act as company representative with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders during project execution
• Negotiate scope changes with the client and secure additional work as required
• Follow up on instructions, commitments, and contractual obligations
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings
• Oversee development and implementation of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and QA/QC Plan
• Define program requirements and ensure deliverables meet established criteria
• Develop and distribute clear project descriptions and objectives to project teams
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control business, technical, financial, and administrative project functions
• Assign responsibilities to key team members and support performance reviews and development plans
• Mobilize company resources and coordinate with support departments and other offices
• Collaborate with facilities teams to address project space and logistics needs
• Develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans with project engineers and discipline leads
• Ensure projects meet or exceed cost, schedule, and quality targets
• Implement corrective action plans for cost overruns, delays, or scope changes and advise stakeholders accordingly
• Maintain timely change orders and promote technical and commercial excellence through QA processes
• Monitor and report project progress, milestones, risks, and impacts to management
• Conduct weekly project status meetings and track action items
• Perform other duties associated with the role as required

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field
• Minimum 20 years of relevant project management experience
• Proven experience managing community development projects in Dubai
• Prior experience in a PMC role is preferred
• Residential and buildings project background is required
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex programs
