About this role

Responsible for the management, direction and co-ordination of all project resources, typically on larger projects, in order to ensure that construction meets all client contractual requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner;
Manages, directs and co-ordinates project activities;
Reviews contract documents;
Co-ordinates mobilization team;
Resourcing requirements;
Planning package;
Project monitoring system;
Provides resources;
Arranges insurance;
Safety & QA/QC plans;
Resolves problems;
Demobilization plan;
Represents Company with third parties;
Monitors contractor performance;
Receives & authorizes payments;
Final documentation/Lessons learned;
Estimates bids;
Staff development & motivation;
Diversification proposals;
Technological advances;
Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.

What you need to bring

B.Sc. Engineering;
12 years experience with proven project management experience;
Strong commercial awareness and cost effectiveness;
Negotiating and influencing attributes;
English;
Good report writing skills;
High order of communication skills (both oral & written) & committed team player.;
Organizational and leadership skills;
Natural decision maker & leader;
Good knowledge in interacting;
Capability of managing project (of value up to Dhs. 366 million).
