Robert Walters Middle East is currently working with a Real Estate Development Company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire a Project Manager Officer (PMO) to join their team. This role will engage across all functions. Assisting head of the function in monitoring several projects at HQ level. We are looking for a qualified project management officer specialist (PMO) to develop project and scope objectives, and develop and manage a detailed project schedule. You will be assisting in technical and financial analysis of proposals submitted by vendors along with the relevant departments. Responsibilities

- Facilitate effective alignment and reporting on projects and ensure that execution is always within stated timelines, quality, and budgets - Provide Business lead with feedback, encouragement, and advice. - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the assigned projects
- Ensure recording any changes/deviations made to the original scope and analyse the impact on the budget.
- Updating time schedules as needed
- Monitoring the construction work progress against the approved time schedule
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal. Arabic Speaker is a must
