We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee NDM projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in trenchless construction and a strong technical understanding of civil and geotechnical works.Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle of NDM works, from planning to execution and handover.
Ensure full compliance with RTA, DEWA, and other authority regulations for NDM projects.
Oversee site operations, contractor performance, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders for design approvals, NOCs, and progress reviews.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower allocation.
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery within scope, cost, and quality parameters.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Lead project documentation, reporting, and client correspondence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of total experience in civil / infrastructure works.
At least 5 years' proven experience as Project Manager handling in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of trenchless methods - micro-tunneling, HDD, pipe jacking, etc.
Familiarity with RTA / DEWA / Etisalat permitting and NOC processes.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
