"TRS has an exciting opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER with Modular experience who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction, and completion of the project, to join our international client\'s team on the Hail & Gasha project based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.\xe2\x80\x9d

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring that modularization techniques are applied effectively and efficiently.
• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, considering the unique aspects of modular construction.
• Budgeting: Establish a project budget, including costs related to off-site fabrication, transportation, and on-site assembly.
• Scheduling: Develop a project timeline that accounts for off-site module production, transport logistics, and on-site installation.
• Coordination: Work closely with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, module manufacturers, contractors, and local authorities.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks specific to modular projects (e.g., transportation damages, module misalignments) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Contract Management: Oversee contracts related to module fabrication, transportation, and installation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that modules are fabricated to design specifications and quality standards. Implement quality checks both at the manufacturing site and during installation.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Accredited Qualification.
• Previous Modular experience is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Understand the principles of modular construction, including its benefits and challenges.
• Leadership: Lead diverse teams, from design professionals to site laborers.
• Decision-Making: Make informed decisions quickly, especially when faced with the unique challenges of modular construction.
• Negotiation Skills: Work with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Analytical Skills: Analyze project data, from budgets to schedules, to ensure the project stays on track.
• Organizational Skills: Juggle multiple tasks and coordinate various project elements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Software: Knowledge of project management software, CAD tools, and any specialized software for modular construction.
• Knowledge of Building Codes: Understand local and international building codes, especially as they relate to modular construction.
