  • Lead strategic Maritime consulting projects (e.g., strategic planning, port and terminal management, shipping and fleet management, operational efficiency for shipyards, feasibility studies, technology and digital transformation, etc.)
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and support our clients to master their challenges
  • Interact directly with clients and internal stakeholders, manage all module teams and contribute value on all levels
  • Finalize and present deliverables to the client
  • Retain excellent working relationships with our current clients to ensure that project scope is met by bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs
  • Work with public and private sector clients across the Middle East region
  • Develop creative solutions from strategy to implementation
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of working experience, preferably in Maritime-related consulting, ideally with top-tier strategy firms and/or experience in relevant Maritime areas such as ports and terminals, shipping lines, shipyards, leisure cruising or yachting
  • Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business degree from a global top university or business school
  • Strong understanding of the Maritime landscape globally and trends shaping the region
  • Passionate team player with proven leadership abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical capacity, as well as conceptual abilities
  • Commitment to excellence
  • Sound business know-how and industry insights
  • Structured approach to solving problems
  • Fluency in English required plus fluent Arabic would be ideal
