: A Project Manager - Marine Coating comes with a rich experience in Marine Repair Works and can achieve the availability and reliability of the projects in a challenging environment. The PM exhibits excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with good control over the financial management of the project in terms of profitability, budgeting and controls the associated costs with managerial capabilities. He holds an excellent track record of seamlessly managing projects specialized in protective coating and corrosion control. Key Responsibilities: Effectively manages the assigned projects. Functions as an SBU Head (Stand-Alone Business Unit), responsible for the Top line, Bottom line and Manpower planning and deployment. Develops and manages project action and operational plans. Manpower requirement and deployment with productivity management and evaluation. Identifies resource needs, develops, and administers external consultants, Terms of Reference, and Contracts; as well as ensures timely and high-quality submission of agreed deliverables and outputs. Monitors and regularly reports on the progress of the projects. Coordinates all aspects of design submittals, review, and approvals against contract requirements, and whenever applicable reports and advises on deviations. Undertakes research and prepares project-related reports, policy briefings, and discussion papers to enable client engagement as part of the project and relevant project execution efforts. Represents the organization in external meetings and workshops. Effectively communicates the project team and the consultants by setting clear objectives & goals. Delegates tasks based on the project needs, coaches the team, and ensures smooth execution. Works closely with other members of the project team and supports the delivery of other key marine projects/ initiatives as required; support overall communications and reporting. Submitting the progressive invoices to the client as per PO requirements. Key Performance Areas: Successful and timely delivery of the project within the agreed time and budget. Planning and reporting on the facets of Scope, Cost & Schedule of the project. Maintaining Safety, Quality & Productivity of the project. Project reports and deliverables, project coordination meetings. Project impact KPIs monitored and achieved. Partnerships development & consultancy agreements. Up-to-date work plans and budgets. Project progress updates, technical and non-technical reports, scientific papers. Coaching sessions and one/one meetings with team members. Logistics and surveys conducted effectively.
