Lead
multidisciplinary teams

Planning, Reporting & Risk Management
Develop and track detailed project schedules using
Primavera (P6)
or equivalent tools.
Prepare and submit
progress reports
, dashboards, and executive updates.
Proactively mitigate risks related to:
Delays in regulatory approvals
Marine traffic restrictions
Adverse weather conditions
Ensure project activities adhere to approved
HSE plans

QP safety protocols
, and site-specific emergency response measures.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
Oversee quality control for civil and marine installations, including:
Concrete repairs
Tie-back system alignments
Structural platform installations
Ensure timely preparation, submission, and approval of:
PQP, PQDs, shop drawings

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
in
Civil Engineering
,
Marine Engineering
, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
15 years
of relevant experience in
marine construction
or
EPC projects
, with at least
5 years in a Project Management
capacity.
Proven experience managing
oil & gas port infrastructure
, especially in
berthing/mooring facilities
.
Hands-on experience working with
Qatari regulatory authorities
, particularly
QatarEnergy
and
RLIC
.
Strong familiarity with:
Marine vessels

barge operations

tie-back systems
Fender systems
