: Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Manager, Integrated Command and Control Center to join our team! In this role you will direct manage City-Scale Control Center Operation, upgrade, and implement innovative technology solutions to effectively run Client\xe2\x80\x99s large-scale, critical, diverse, and high profile assets in a metropolitan development. Key responsibilities:
Provide directions and management of Lusail City\xe2\x80\x99s Integrated Command and Control Center operations, maintenance, and service delivery,
Develop and manage frameworks, policies, and procedures that govern the city-wide control center operations through interrelated operational models.
planning and implementation of operation and maintenance activities of the command center, the associated data centers, and city-wide ICT infrastructure.
Provide expert level technical support in design review, and preparation of particular actions and processes that enables smart city digital transformation.
Develop and modify control center\xe2\x80\x99s workflows and processes in accordance with approved policies and procedures
Provide programmatic and general administrative and operational support to Senior Management.
Plan, organize, and supervise the works and rosters of the Integrated Command and Control Center\xe2\x80\x99s operators, administrative, and technical support teams.
Interface coordination with utilities, public realm, landscape, roads and other infrastructure.
Ensure SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s correct deployment for all activities, and Manage escalations, SOPs, and incident response life cycle.
Ensure monthly and periodic reporting on the assets under LCCC management
Closely engage with Project delivery teams in upgrading and implementation of new technology solutions pertaining to control center and smart city operations.
Effectively Manage tendering and contracting activities pertaining to command and control center and respective service providers
Develop annual budget for control center services and provide contract management support
Overall service provider management, benchmarking, KPI monitoring and reporting as per the client requirements
Work closely with authorities and agencies involved in approval, and permitting processes.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
What Required Qualifications and Experiences You\'ll Bring: As a Manager, Integrated Command and Control Center you should have:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or MBA is an advantage.
15+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing large scale multi-disciplinary utilities/facilities portfolio, preferably with presence/exposure to GCC.
Possess both project delivery and operation & maintenance capacity
Proven technical capacity in implementation and management of advanced technology and systems pertaining to operation and command centers, disaster recovery centers, ICT networks, Cyber Security, OT/ICS systems integration, industrial protocols.
Strong practical Knowledge of combined OT and IT domains
Robust knowhow of both security systems and urban utilities operational aspects.
Technical capability in both hardware integration and application integration for green field and brown field projects.
Development and implementation of policies
Project Management and consultancy capacity is advantageous.
Experience in Procurement, Tendering, and contractual aspects related to ICT projects
Significant experience in working well with stakeholders and navigating complex approval processes and schedules.
Sound understanding of Facility Management Services, utilities, and infrastructure including operating model and key success factors.
Excellent organizational skills.
