Key Responsibilities
Manage execution, procurement, and administration of landscaping projects
Plan, organize, and control project activities from initiation to completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and project operations
Coordinate with operations teams and stakeholders
Manage budgets, track expenses, and control costs
Maintain machinery and ensure operational readiness
Conduct site inspections and resolve project issues
Maintain strong client relationships and handle negotiations
Requirements
Minimum
6 years' experience
in landscaping project management
Experience handling
residential and commercial projects
Bachelor's degree in
Civil, MEP, or related field
PMP certification preferred
Proficient in
MS Office & MS Excel
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
