Key Responsibilities
Manage
execution, procurement, and administration
of all landscaping project activities.
Develop and implement
work plans, schedules, material purchase requests, and resource plans
in coordination with the operations team.
Ensure projects are completed
on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved schedules
.
Supervise field staff and
manage subcontractors
effectively.
Lead all project processes, operations, and site activities.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Analyze site conditions and make
quick, effective decisions
to resolve issues.
Ensure proper
maintenance and operational readiness of machinery and equipment
.
Establish and implement
standard operating procedures
for project teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues.
Plan and manage
repair, installation, and maintenance activities
across projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in
landscaping companies
or similar construction environments.
Demonstrated experience managing
residential and commercial projects
.
PMP certification preferred
.
Proficient in
MS Office and MS Excel
.
Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills.
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MEP, or related field
.
