PERFECT Technical Works & Landscaping LLC , PTWL is looking for a

Project Manager ( Landscaping Projects)

with 6+ years of experience to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

The position has the following responsibilities:

Responsible for execution, procurement and administration of all aspects of Landscape Projects Developing action or work plans, materials purchase request, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating landscape projects from the beginning to the completion of projects in collaboration with the operations team. Ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with work schedule and within the timelines and cost constraints. Overseeing Field personnel, managing subcontractors. Analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quickly. Negotiate price and terms with customers, strong customer relation and communication. Supervise and lead all projects processes and operations. Track expenses and oversee the budget for projects. Maintain all machinery to ensure it's at working standards. Create and implement procedures for project team. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
Requirement:

Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role. Proven work experience on managing residential and commercial projects . prefered to be PMP Certified. Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel Proficient typing and editing skills Data organization skills Attention to detail BSc degree ( Civil or MEP) or relevant field
