PTWL is looking for a Project Manager ( Landscaping Projects) with 12+ years of experience to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION The position has the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution, procurement and administration of all aspects of Landscape Projects
- Developing action or work plans, materials purchase request, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating landscape projects from the beginning to the completion of projects in collaboration with the operations team.
- Ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with work schedule and within the timelines and cost constraints.
- Overseeing Field personnel, managing subcontractors.
- Analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quickly.
- Negotiate price and terms with customers, strong customer relation and communication.
- Supervise and lead all projects processes and operations.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for projects.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s at working standards.
- Create and implement procedures for project team.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role.
- Proven work experience on managing residencial and commercial projects .
- prefered to be PMP Certified.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- BSc degree ( Civil or MEP) or relevant field
- Excellent team player
- Sound communicator
- Excellent technical judgement
