Role Profile:- Manage Finance related Projects to achieve business goals and objectives in accordance with Company policies, process and procedures. The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

• Review and analyse project critical information, develop and implement strategies to achieve project critical information, develop and implement strategies to achieve Business objectives.

Should be able to prepare cost-benefit analyses for projects

• Develop key cross functional relationships to achieve agreed objectives.

Communicate goals and expectations to team members and Deliver relevant feedback to all key stakeholders.

• Proactively manage workload, making recommendations for change when necessary.

Ensure that teams meet milestones throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage supporting team and provide coaching, mentoring and direction.

• Compile research and feedback findings and develop opportunities to benefit the Business.

• Manage a team within the Department, including appraisal, training and new hire activities.

• Develop internal and external relationships and liaise with key areas to benefit the Business.

Requirements: Degree / Post Graduate qualifications in Accountancy. 10 years’ experience in a large multinational Retail Organization. Should have Project handling experience. Project management certification is desirable. Skills: In depth knowledge of Accounting. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Oracle/EPM system knowledge preferred.
