Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager - Integrated Transport Planning to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale

integrated transport planning projects

from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory requirements. Oversee the preparation and delivery of transport strategies, master plans, feasibility studies, and impact assessments. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (transport planners, engineers, urban planners, and environmental specialists) to deliver integrated solutions. Engage with stakeholders, government agencies, and clients to secure approvals and ensure project success. Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources in line with

PMP best practices

. Provide technical leadership in transport demand modeling, traffic impact studies, and sustainable mobility planning. Ensure compliance with international standards, local authority regulations, and best practices in transport and urban planning. Mentor junior planners and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred).

PMP (Project Management Professional)

certification - mandatory.

Professional memberships

:

MRTPI

- Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

MCTPP

- Member of the Chartered Transport Planning Professionals.

MCIHT

- Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation. Minimum

20 years of progressive experience

in transport planning and project management. Proven track record of delivering large-scale transport and infrastructure projects in the Middle East or internationally. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Proficiency in transport planning tools and software (e.g., VISUM, VISSIM, SATURN, or equivalent).
