Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join our team in the interior design and build industry. The ideal candidate will be based in UAE-Dubai Fujairah and will be responsible for overseeing and managing fit out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .Responsibilities and Duties: \xc3\x98 Plan and manage fit out projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and quality control \xc3\x98 Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met \xc3\x98 Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays \xc3\x98 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle \xc3\x98 Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and project delivery \xc3\x98 Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality, and to address any on-site challenges \xc3\x98 Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery \xc3\x98 Monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs. \xc3\x98 Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objectives \xc3\x98 Oversee day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site progress and the work of any stakeholders. \xc3\x98 Have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems may arise and initiate appropriate corrective actions. \xc3\x98 Oversee and control the quality of work progress as per the standards and issue NCRs when and as necessary. \xc3\x98 Manage fitout projects including all required multiple-craft custodial and project services in order to deliver on up project goals \xc3\x98 Oversee relations with project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors \xc3\x98 Monitor compliance with contractual terms and measures taken to control costs; perform quality control to ensure adherence to industry standards Qualifications: \xc3\x98 Proven 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in project management, specifically within the fit-out \xc3\x98 Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams. \xc3\x98 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. \xc3\x98 Proficiency in project management software tools. \xc3\x98 Acute financial acumen for budgeting and cost control. \xc3\x98 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. \xc3\x98 A problem-solving mindset with a capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Education: \xc3\x98 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field is preferred. Certifications: \xc3\x98 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly advantageous.
