The incumbent will be responsible for the up keep of the outlets with all its safety, ensuring smooth maintenance and project operations of the organization (all the outlets and warehouses etc). Pre \xe2\x80\x93 Project : \xc2\xb7 Preparation of Technical compliance and assisting in Capex and Design brief
- Co-ordination with Designer and Franchisors technical team
- Preparation and Own agreed CPA for individual schemes
- Preparation of Technical compliance, Capex and Design brief
- Co-ordination with Designer and Franchisors technical team
- Preparation and Own agreed CPA for individual schemes
- Preparation of BOQ both Civil and Architectural
- Manage Project Budgets and agreed cost efficiencies
- Procurement including co-ordination for all Capex items related to project, including preparing RFPs
- Mall approval and managing technical team
- Contractor appointment and management
- Tracking , Updating, Reporting project progress and risks with mitigation to stakeholders.
- Handing over the site to operations as per agreed norms.
- Handing over project related manual to Operations and maintenance including training
- Management of all project related drawings and documentation
- In charge of all Preventive, Re-active and Corrective maintenance of estate
- Appointing and managing maintenance contractors for all the above maintenance areas
- Approving the quality of works at site during and post maintenance
- Review of service frequency with Quality Assurance and Operations Department
- Preparation of RFQs and Rate contract with Supply chain team
- Preparation and adherence to agreed maintenance budgets
- Preparation of PR and tracking the progress till work execution
- Maintaining inventory of spare parts
- Maintaining and owning maintenance calendar and tracker
- Asset tagging along with project department
- Conducting scheduled training program for outlet teams on asset maintenance
- Audit \xe2\x80\x93 Assisting audit, queries and implementation
- Managing team of technicians \xe2\x80\x93 work schedule, performance and engagement
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Fashion Retail Project: 2 years (Required)
