Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven ability to coordinate complex exhibitions and full-scale multi-level international events. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and extensive experience in organizing intricate international events involving equipment deliveries, booth setups, and personnel management.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of complex exhibitions and multi-level international events.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams and C-Level to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing procurement processes and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and build strong working relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, working closely with relevant authorities as necessary.
- Facilitate the relocation process for events scheduled in different locations worldwide.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
